Chicago Overcoat 

 

This project was interesting in that it was a bit of a blend of genres - a little noir, a little western, and a lot of style. The score needed as much grit as the actors - synths would not cut it.

Fortunately, I had a full orchestra at my disposal as well as several talented soloists, including guitarist Steve Mazur (Our Lady Peace) and trumpet player Dustin McKinney.
